Daniel Cassman

I love exploring the world and taking pictures. Sometimes I write about things that interest me. Professionally I advise intelligence agencies on security, privacy, and technology law and policy.

I’ve worked for the National Park Service in Yosemite, Earthjustice in Alaska, and a law firm in New York. I created an interactive system that diagrams relationships among terrorist organizations. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, sports, photography, travel, and tinkering with computers. You can find my resume here.

I've written about the state secrets privilege, internal armed conflict, and nuclear security in India and Pakistan.
